What do you need to get started?
For most WordPress projects, I’ll need admin access to your site and hosting. That usually includes WordPress login credentials and hosting access. Depending on the work, I may also request SFTP or SSH access. If you’re unsure how to provide any of this, I’ll walk you through it.

How do you bill for projects?
Pricing depends on the scope of work. Smaller fixes are typically quoted at a flat rate once the work is defined. Larger projects may be split into phases or milestones. Before any work begins, I outline the scope and confirm pricing so everything is clear. Invoices are sent electronically, and payments are processed securely through Stripe. For smaller advisory sessions or quick support, I may also use Buy Me a Coffee for simple transactions.

What are your rates?
My standard rate is $100 per hour. For defined projects, I may provide a flat-rate quote based on the scope of work. If you have something specific in mind, send the details and I’ll outline the best approach and pricing before we begin.

Do you work hourly or per project?
Both, depending on the situation. Quick troubleshooting or advisory work can be hourly. Defined builds and implementation work are usually scoped and priced per project.
